AMERICAN OPEN MUSIC COMPETITION

 

The European Association of Music Educators and Performers & Producer Agency MIR Production, with the support of the Ministries of Culture and Communications, organizes AMERICAN OPEN MUSIC COMPETITION

AMERICAN OPEN MUSIC COMPETITION is a new format of an online competition, which is held in all nominations for soloists and groups. Having familiarized yourself with the terms and conditions of the competition, you will understand that the competition is very convenient and practical for participation!

The main difference from WORLD OPEN MUSIC COMPETITION is:

Participants may choose between Public or Private (INCOGNITO) video submission.

Public Video Submission

By selecting a public submission, the participant agrees that:

The Organizer may publish the participant’s competition video performance on the official AMERICAN OPEN MUSIC COMPETITION website and via the YouTube platform.
The video may be used for promotional and archival purposes related to the competition.

Private Video Submission (INCOGNITO Option)

Participants who wish to keep their performance and personal data private may choose the INCOGNITO option.

To select this option:
The participant must add the word “INCOGNITO” next to their name and surname in the application form.

By selecting this option:
The video is visible only to the Jury and will not be published.

Identification requirement:
The same identification rules apply as for public submissions (see above).

Optional pseudonym:
The participant may provide a pseudonym in addition to their real name.
In this case:
The pseudonym will be used in publicly published results,
The participant’s real name will appear only on the official certificate.

Data Protection Statement

The AMERICAN OPEN ONLINE MUSIC COMPETITION is committed to protecting participants’ personal data and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection standards. Submitted materials are used solely for competition purposes and are handled with strict confidentiality.

PROGRAM
The participant performs the program of his choice.

VIDEO – RECORDING
Pearticipant sends only one link of the competitive video performance (Youtube). It is allowed to record works made at different times (in one file).

* The participant does not have to introduce himself (name, surname, year of birth and name of the competition).
