Applications are accepted 365 days a year. The competitor selects one of three editions and sends an application.<\/span><\/p>\n SPRING EDITION<\/strong><\/span> SUMMER EDITION<\/strong><\/span> WINTER EDITION<\/strong><\/span> \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n PROGRAM<\/strong><\/p>\n Competition program of the participant’s choice and can be performed a cappella or with instrumental accompaniment. The program does not have to be performed by heart. The number of performed composition is not limited.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n PARTICIPANTS<\/strong><\/p>\n Choirs from all over the world are invited to participate in the competition. The sound can be recorded using external recording equipment and synchronized with the video.<\/p>\n JUNIOR<\/strong><\/p>\n SENIOR<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n VIDEO REQUIREMENTS & VERIFICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n The recording must be a single continuous shot without any editing, pausing, or cuts. On the recording, performer(s), must be clearly seen (ensemble).<\/p>\n Option 1: Oral Identification<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2013 One of the member of choir says the name of choir, their age category, and the name of the competition (WORLD OPEN MUSIC COMPETITION).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Option 2: Visual Identification (Poster)<\/strong><\/p>\n If a poster is displayed, an oral presentation is not required.<\/p>\n \u2013 Name of the choir (in English block letters), category and name of the competition (WORLD OPEN MUSIC COMPETITION)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Recording must be sent in Mp4 format. Jury members are to be elected out of renowned music pedagogues, as well as performing artists, conductors and chamber musicians.<\/p>\n Contestants are ranked according to the average score awarded by the Jury.
