Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznan and M. Karlowicz High Music School in Poznan, Poland <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Despite her young age she is the winner of the top prizes at 135 violin competitions, including the winner of the 103 first places (among others at International Music Competitions in Japan, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Russia, Estonia, Switzerland, France, Italy, England, Greece, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Poland).<\/p>\n<p>She has performed as a soloist with numerous orchestras in the country and abroad \u2013 Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra, \u015awi\u0119tokrzyska Philharmonic, Polish Radio Orchestra, Kalisz Philharmonic, Sinfonia Baltica, Accademia dell&#8217;Arco, Sudeten Philharmonic, Cracow Philharmonic, W. Lutoslawski Chamber Philharmonic in \u0141om\u017ca, &#8220;Progress&#8221; Chamber Orchestra, S. Moniuszko in Pozna\u0144, the Orchestra of the Academy of Music in Pozna\u0144, the Ukrainian Symphony Orchestra, the Polish Soloists String Orchestra, Pozna\u0144 Strings and many others.<\/p>\n<p>Marta actively participates in many international music courses. She had contact with the world&#8217;s celebrities and prominent violin pedagogues such as Zakhar Bron, Bartosz Bry\u0142a, Bart\u0142omiej Nizio\u0142, Xiaoming Wang, Krzysztof W\u0119grzyn, Wanda Wi\u0142komirska, Jadwiga Kaliszewska.<\/p>\n<p>She makes recordings on the radio and performs on television programs. Since 2019, together with Robert \u0141aguniak, she has been creating the Polish Violin Duo, with which she has performed in the USA, Europe and Asia. In cooperation with the DUX recording label, the duo recorded two albums &#8211; with works by 20th century Polish composers and the world premiere of Duets for two violins by a forgotten Polish composer &#8211; Joachim Kaczkowski. Polish Violin Duo also recorded their third album with music by Czech and Hungarian composers, which will be released in 2024. The ensemble has performed many premieres &#8211; among others Concerto for two violins and symphony orchestra &#8220;Reflections&#8221; by Anna Roc\u0142awska-Musia\u0142czyk, &#8220;Agnus&#8221; by Dariusz Tabisz, &#8220;Fantasia&#8221; for two violins and piano by S\u0142awomir Kaczorowski, &#8220;Dance for Apollo\u201d for two violins by Aaron Alter, &#8220;Canto a due\u201d by Olga Hans, \u201eAttra\u201d for two violins by Micha\u0142 Janocha\u2026 (all dedicated to the Polish Violin Duo).<\/p>\n<p>In 2021, Marta Gidaszewska received the &#8220;Student of the Year&#8221; award from the I.J. Paderewski Academy of Music in Pozna\u0144.<\/p>\n<p>In 2016, Marta was honored to be a part of the \u201eYouth Jury\u201d at XV International H. Wieniawski Violin Competition in Pozna\u0144. In 2016 also, she became the finalist of the national competition &#8220;Young Musician of the Year&#8221;, which is a Polish qualification for the Eurovision for Young Musicians, organized by the Polish Television. She had the opportunity to present her skills twice with the orchestra live on TV.<\/p>\n<p>In 2014, violinist Paul Wojtowicz published a collection of etudes and<br \/>\ncaprices dedicated to talented young Polish violinists who win awards at national and international competitions. One of the caprices was dedicated to Marta Gidaszewska.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In 2016 and 2019, Marta Gidaszewska was the absolute winner in the violin category and the Masters Final at the WORLD OPEN MUSIC COMPETITION (that is, the absolute winner of the entire competition).<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Assistant at the I.J.
