Having familiarized yourself with the terms and conditions of the competition, you will understand that the competition is very convenient and practical for participation!<\/p>\n<p><strong>The main difference from WORLD OPEN MUSIC COMPETITION is:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Participants may choose between Public or Private (INCOGNITO) video submission.<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Public Video Submission<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By selecting a public submission, the participant agrees that:<\/p>\n<p>The Organizer may publish the participant\u2019s competition video performance on the official AMERICAN OPEN MUSIC COMPETITION website and via the YouTube platform.<br \/>\nThe video may be used for promotional and archival purposes related to the competition.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Private Video Submission (INCOGNITO Option)<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nParticipants who wish to keep their performance and personal data private may choose the INCOGNITO option.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To select this option:<br \/>\n<\/strong>The participant must add the word \u201cINCOGNITO\u201d next to their name and surname in the application form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>By selecting this option:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe video is visible only to the Jury and will not be published.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Identification requirement:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe same identification rules apply as for public submissions (see above).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Optional pseudonym:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe participant may provide a pseudonym in addition to their real name.<br \/>\nIn this case:<br \/>\nThe pseudonym will be used in publicly published results,<br \/>\nThe participant\u2019s real name will appear only on the official certificate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data Protection Statement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The AMERICAN OPEN ONLINE MUSIC COMPETITION is committed to protecting participants\u2019 personal data and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection standards. Submitted materials are used solely for competition purposes and are handled with strict confidentiality.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PROGRAM<\/strong><br \/>\nThe participant performs the program of his choice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VIDEO \u2013 RECORDING<\/strong><br \/>\nPearticipant sends only one link of the competitive video performance (Youtube).
