Certificate for participants

 

The certificate can be used for admission to educational institutions, various scholarships and grants and will be part of your portfolio.

CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT IN ELECTRONIC FORM can be downloaded 10 days after the end of each edition.

INSTRUCTIONS:

In the RESULTS section, find the serial number of the contestant in the table with the results and download the diploma HERE

Once you have printed your e-certificate, take a photo of yourself with them and send it to us. By doing so, you could be showcased on our site and official social media platforms and the competitors gallery. Thank you!

SENDING CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT THROUGH THE POSTAL SERVICE (on request)

If the participant wishes to receive a certificate with a “wet stamp” by the postal service, it is necessary to pay an additional amount for the entrance fee:

1. Delivery of an envelope with a certificate by postal service without a tracking number is €10.

– Registration fee €37 +sending certificate through the postal service €10. In total: €47 

2. Delivery of an envelope with a certificate by postal service with a tracking number is €15.

– Registration fee €37 + sending certificate through the postal service €15. In total: €52 

We recommend using the first option of additional amount (€10).

In the application, write an accurate, complete, safe address in your native language and in English! To ensure the reliability of receiving a diploma with a “wet seal”, we recommend that you specify the address of the music institution!

The administration of the competition sends diplomas to the contestants by postal service at the end of each edition in all nominations.

• Sending certficates through the postal service of the SPRING EDITION from 25 to 30 April.
• Sending certificates through the postal service of the SUMMER EDITION from 20 to 25 August.
• Sending of certificates through the postal service of the SPRING EDITION from January 1 to January 15.

You can order a certificate with a “wet stamp” within 5 years.

 

NOTE:

An accurate, complete, reliable address implies: country, city, zip code, region, street, house number and recipient’s name.

Please ensure that you filled in the correct and most recent address. We are unable to resend the diplomas caused by address errors or recipient refusal.
