Gašper Golob Rupnik (Slovenia), as a participant in the guitar discipline, at the suggestion of our long-time partner and piano jury member, HELENE BERGER, received an INVITATION to the CAP FERRET MUSIC FESTIVAL (FRANCE), which took place from July 5 to 12, 2025!

Here are impressions from Gašper Golob Rupnik…
“I am very honoured to have been a part of this edition of the Cap Ferret Music Festival. It was one of the best experiences of my life. It was a privilege to play my solo concert on the first day of the festival and to participate in concerts later in the week, always in front of a great audience.

I really enjoyed working with guitar professor Antoine Guerrero, who made every masterclass interesting and insightful.

I am very grateful for all the new people I met there, who are not only great musicians but also great people.

A big thank you goes out to all the organizers who made all of this possible at such a high level and who made me feel very welcome there”.

Cap Ferret is a cape located in the Southern part of the commune Lege-Cap-Ferret (Ghironda). Cape takes the form of the scythe which separates the Atlantic ocean from Arkashon’s gulf. It is known as the place of rest for high French society and remains a fancy place for summer holidays.
