The absolute winner in the Percussion and Masters Final nomination, i.e. the absolute winner of all competitive nominations and the entire WORLD OPEN Music Competition 2022 – SATTAROV XOJIAKBAR (class of Valentin Korotkov, Uzbekistan State Counservatory, Tashkent, Uzbekistan!

In competition PERCUSSION 2022 competed 41 competitors from 7 countries (Slovenia, Poland, Hungary, Portugal, China, Latvia, Switzerland).

The contestants were judged by an international jury from Spain, Uzbekistan, Poland. All members of the jury – percussionist (100%) – work in musical institutions and have extensive teaching experience!

The final stage of the Masters Final was attended by 28 contestants, winners of their nominations (soloists, duets, ensembles, orchestras and choirs) from 13 countries (Poland, Croatia, Slovenia, Armenia, Latvia, USA, Russia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Australia, Japan, Uzbekistan, Switzerland).

SATTAROV XOJIAKBAR (class of Valentin Korotkov, Uzbekistan State Counservatory, Tashkent, Uzbekistan) at the suggestion of HELENA BERGER won the GRAND PRIZE and the INVITATION an CAP FERRET MUSIC FESTIVAL which will take place from 8 until July 14, 2023.

– participation in a concert of young talents, chamber music, jazz, composer.

At the Festival, which is the home of the best young international talents, Sattarov was one of the brightest young participants. At concerts, Sattarov represented Uzbekistan in a traditional costume and image. Also, he had the great honor to perform at the opening of the Festival with a synchronized large fireworks display on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean.

I would like to thank the organizers of the online competition, especially Helene Berger, who invited me to the Festival. I am honored and full of impressions from the trip. Participating in the Cap Ferret Music Festival is very important for my further education and musical development.

Cap Ferret is a cape located in Southern part of the commune Lege-Cap-Ferret (Zhironda). Cape takes the form the scythe which separates the Atlantic ocean from Arkashon’s gulf. He is known as the place of rest for high French society and остается by fancy place for summer holiday.

During this difficult period for the whole world, the WORLD OPEN MUSIC COMPETITION has become an opportunity for many musicians to declare themselves, gain experience and develop in the performing arts.
