VIOLIN 2019

Results for VIOLIN 2019.

I would like to congratulate you on your successful participation in this year’s competition, and on the awards you’ve won!

It is wonderful to know that every year the number of contestants increases. Even more importantly, this year the competition was fiercer than ever, making your prizes that more meaningful.

We had competitors from many different cities and countries, from Novosibirsk to Madrid, from Uzbekistan to Chile.

The numerous contestants from Poland especially stood out as wonderful ambassadors of their country – not only did they demonstrate their immaculate violin school, but every contestant performed at least one piece by a Polish composer.

Great efforts were made not only by the contestants, but by their teachers and piano accompanists as well. Without their enthusiasm we would not have had this marvelous opportunity to hear one another despite living in different parts of the world.

My wish is that you will all continue on your path of success, and remember to always enjoy the art that you create!

Sincerely, a member of the jury for the category of Violin – Gordana Matijevic Nedeljkovic

I want to express my great gratitude to everyone who took part in the competition for performers, teachers, parents.

The video format is rather complicated for young musicians, it requires concentration and attention, and performing freedom, and thus contributes to active professional growth. The level of contestants is actively growing with each competition.

It is very good that children can see and hear their colleagues from different countries and get acquainted with new works.

I wish all the participants new bright impressions, hard work and all the best!

Sincerely, a member of the jury for the category of Violin – Elena Baskina
