INTERNATIONAL MUSIC COMPETITION – Belgrade, Serbia is a multimedia area for Internet competition for pupils, students and musicians without limitation age. The idea, which originated from the Association of the educationalists of primary and secondary music schools of Serbia, is to crown one-year work of the teachers with their pupils through the original and unique kind of competition in the world, through one of the most powerful media nowadays – the Internet.

A new dimension of something you thought you were introduced to and were familiar with has been opened by the Association of the educationalists of primary and secondary music schools of Serbia. Competitor is granted the possibility of playing compositions by the competition program (two compositions) before video or web camera, without any pressure, tremor or stress, since they know they can re-perform it again and again, as many times as they think it is necessary in order to get the most quality performance. From now on, you are able to decide when your pupil is fully prepared and when they will perform at the competition!  

24 hours a day, 365 days a year

Video recording of the competitor’s performance is to be placed on the website of the Internet Music Competition, it can be viewed and listen to any time, night or day, and it will be archived and available without limits, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  


Unlike the usual evaluation in competitions where you have very little audience listening to the candidates performing, this Internet evaluation puts an extra preassure and responsibility on the jury to evaluate your pupil as fairly and scrupulously as possible. Besides Serbian jury, competitors will be evaluated by teachers from Europe, Asia, USA…

Obligation of the competitor who wants to participate in the Internet Music Competition has been ultimately simplified! When a competitor logs on to the INTERNATIONAL MUSIC COMPETITION – Belgrade, Serbia website, they can send their video recording, scanned birth certificate and evidence of donation payment, as well as filled in Online Application form.

Unlike other competitions, where huge musical energy, work and effort made by pupils and their teachers is lost instantly after the limited time given for the performance, this type of competition gives an excellent possibility to millions of the Internet population from any part of the world to view and replay the performance of a pupil and work of their teacher as many times as they want.

Educationalist is given a possibility to view and analyze performance of an entire competition discipline, category, selection of performance program and thus educate themselves and improve their work with their pupil, having in mind evaluating criteria of the jury, and the latest musical requirements and trends placed before them. New possibility for duets, chamber ensembles, orchestras and choirs occurs, since, looking from organizational and financial aspects, great majority of ensembles can easily apply and participate in the Internet competition. Also, piano accompaniment players can be satisfied with the occurrence of such competitions for many practical reasons.  

Financial expenses

Total expenses parents have to cover are reduced to minimum! Only donation has to be paid, without having to pay for transportation, accommodation during a competition and other additional expenses, engagement of a piano accompaniment, taking several days off from job, concern about non-participation in the competition due to an illness of the child…
