World Open 在线音乐比赛完全在线举行，评委观看参赛者表演的视频录像。欢迎来自世界各地的表演者参加比赛。比赛每年举行，全年365天接受申请。
第17届 WORLD OPEN 音乐比赛（2026）
比赛每年举办，全年 365 天接受报名。参赛者可选择三个赛季中的一个（或多个）并提交报名。器乐参赛者可以独奏，也可以合奏形式参赛。
春季赛
第一组
报名截止：3月15日 / 公布结果：4月1日
- 键盘乐器与重奏：钢琴、钢琴重奏、室内乐合奏。
- 木管与铜管乐器：长笛、大管、单簧管、双簧管、萨克斯管、长号、小号、大号、圆号。
- 声乐：美声、民族唱法、流行爵士演唱。
- 其他：打击乐、管弦乐队、合唱团、二重奏（两种不同乐器）。
第二组
报名截止：4月1日 / 公布结果：4月15日
- 弦乐与竖琴：小提琴、中提琴、大提琴、低音提琴、竖琴。
- 拨弦及传统乐器：吉他、手风琴。

夏季赛

- 世界音乐：民族乐器（多姆拉、巴拉莱卡、扬琴、班杜拉、中国民族乐器等）。
视频必须一镜到底连续拍摄，不得有任何剪辑、暂停或剪切。画面中必须能清楚地看到演奏者（独奏、二重奏、合奏）。
强烈建议横屏拍摄；请勿使用竖屏或短视频（Shorts）格式。
方式 1：口头身份介绍
- 开始录制。
- 参赛者：
– 独奏者或二重奏成员须说出本人姓名、出生年份和比赛名称。
– 合奏由一名成员说出团体名称、年龄组别和比赛名称。
- 演奏曲目。
- 停止录制。
*低年龄组的独奏参赛者在说比赛名称时，可只说“WORLD OPEN”。最高年龄组的参赛者无需说出出生年份。
方式 2：书面身份展示（信息纸）
采用书面身份展示时，独奏者无需口头介绍。
- 开始录制。
- 演奏开始前，身份信息必须在视频中清晰可见：
– 姓名、出生年份和比赛名称。
上述信息须以清晰易读的粗体字打印在一张 A4 纸上，放在谱架或其他稳固且醒目的位置。
参赛者不得手持 A4 纸。
- 演奏曲目。
- 停止录制。
管弦乐队及合唱团指挥的视频录制补充说明
视频可从以下位置拍摄：
- 从乐队中拍摄：镜头须对准指挥，并能看到部分乐队成员。
- 从乐队左侧或右侧拍摄：镜头须对准指挥，并能看到部分乐队成员。
仅用摄像机录制乐队，可能无法真实还原乐队的声音。可使用外部录音设备录音，并与视频同步。

比赛曲目
比赛曲目为参赛者自选的两首作品（最好风格各异）。
独奏者须背谱完整演奏全部曲目。二重奏和合奏无须背谱。允许将奏鸣曲、变奏曲、组曲等套曲中的乐章作为两首作品演奏。低龄组别允许使用 88 键重锤数码钢琴演奏。
年龄组别按全体参赛者的平均年龄确定。

在春季赛、夏季赛和冬季赛三个赛季中，本项目总分最高的一等奖获得者进入大师决赛。
评委会将评选出大师决赛绝对冠军，即全部比赛项目及整个赛季的总冠军。正式公布日期：2026年12月25日。
奖金总额 $5,000，分配如下：
- 2/3 的奖金：颁发给经评选的 WORLD OPEN、EUROPE OPEN 和 AMERICAN OPEN MUSIC COMPETITION 绝对冠军。

语言与争议
主办方与参赛者之间如发生任何争议或理解不一致，以本章程英文版为准。
媒体权利与报酬
参赛者一经参赛，即不可撤销地放弃就其参赛视频的发布、播放或传播要求任何经济或物质补偿的权利。

参赛者提交报名即表示已阅读并完全接受本章程规定的全部条款和条件。
WORLD OPEN 在线音乐比赛由欧洲音乐教育者与演奏家协会（European Association of Music Educators and Performers）与 MIR Production 机构合作主办，并获得文化与传播部门的官方支持。
比赛严格按照参赛章程进行。该章程由专家委员会提出，并经协会大会正式通过。
Article 1. Scope and applicable rules
These Regulations govern the appointment, duties, assessment procedures and decisions of the Jury of WORLD OPEN MUSIC COMPETITION, organized by the European Association of Music Educators and Performers (the Association), in partnership with MIR Production (together, the Organizer).
They apply to all instrumental and vocal disciplines, soloists, duos, ensembles, orchestras, choirs, accompanists and conducting categories offered in the applicable competition year.
These Regulations shall be read together with the Rules for Participants. Discipline-specific provisions govern repertoire, memorization, accompaniment, instrumentation, ensemble size, age categories and performance duration. No general provision of these Regulations shall override an expressly permitted discipline-specific exception.
Article 2. Appointment and composition
The Assembly of the Association appoints Jury members and determines their allocation to disciplines and categories on the recommendation of the Expert Council.
Members shall be selected from recognized music educators, performing artists, conductors and chamber musicians with relevant professional expertise.
Each performance shall receive at least three valid assessments from independent Jury members qualified to assess the discipline. Replacements shall be appointed through the same authorized procedure.
Article 3. President of the Jury
The President shall supervise compliance with these Regulations, ensure consistent assessment procedures, review reported irregularities and verify the final results before publication.
The President may request clarification or correction of an incomplete, invalid or incorrectly entered assessment. The President shall not replace a member’s artistic judgment with their own or change a valid score merely because they disagree with it.
Any procedural intervention affecting a result shall be recorded.
Article 4. Duties and independence of Jury members
Jury members shall:

read the applicable Rules for Participants and these Regulations before assessment;
-
assess the complete submitted program independently and impartially;
-
apply the correct category, scoring scale and discipline-specific requirements;
-
enter and submit their scores using the official electronic form or another method designated by the Organizer;
-
meet the assessment deadlines communicated by the Organizer;
-
disclose conflicts of interest and report technical or procedural problems promptly;
-
keep unpublished scores, deliberations and non-public participant information confidential.
Nationality, institutional affiliation, personal acquaintance, previous awards, video popularity and the commercial quality of the recording shall not influence artistic assessment.
Members shall not coordinate individual scores, accept benefits intended to influence results or communicate privately with participants or teachers about an assessment in progress.
Article 5. Conflicts of interest
A member shall not assess a participant with whom they have a family relationship, a current teacher–student relationship or another personal, professional or financial relationship reasonably capable of compromising impartiality.
The restriction also applies where the conflict concerns a competing member of a duo or ensemble, or another person whose performance is being assessed.
The conflict must be declared before assessment, or immediately upon discovery. The Organizer shall arrange an independent qualified replacement. The conflicted member shall not select their own substitute, participate in the relevant deliberation or influence the replacement’s assessment.
An excluded assessment shall not be entered as zero or included in the average. At least three valid independent assessments must remain.
Article 6. Secretary and administrative verification
The Secretary shall check applications, identity and category documentation, program information, recording accessibility and compliance with the applicable requirements.
Where a correctable omission is identified, the Secretary shall notify the participant and communicate the applicable correction deadline. Any correction must comply with the Rules for Participants and be handled consistently for comparable cases.
The Secretary shall brief the Jury, distribute assessment materials, check score sheets, apply the adopted calculation procedure, prepare results for approval and arrange publication.
The Secretary shall adjust scores and calculate the final average score in accordance with the procedure set out in Article 11 of these Regulations.
The Secretary shall report unresolved eligibility questions, suspected recording irregularities and technical problems to the President and Organizing Committee. Administrative staff shall not substitute their own artistic scores for those of the Jury.
Article 7. Program and recording compliance
The Jury shall assess the program required for the relevant discipline and category. Where permitted, movements of larger works may count as separate pieces.
Memorization shall be required only where the applicable Rules for Participants require it. In particular, exemptions for percussion, ensembles and accompanists must be respected.
Live accompaniment, backing tracks, digital instruments and other performance formats shall be accepted only to the extent expressly permitted for the relevant discipline. A permitted backing track shall not be treated as a prohibited substitution for the participant’s live performance.
Recordings must comply with the published continuity, visibility and identification requirements. Portrait format and Shorts shall not themselves be grounds for a lower score where accepted by the Rules for Participants. Any expressly permitted synchronization of separately recorded sound, including applicable conducting provisions, shall be respected.
Suspected editing, substituted audio or another breach shall be referred for verification; suspicion alone shall not result in an undisclosed score penalty. The Organizing Committee shall resolve eligibility in consultation with the President and record the grounds for any exclusion.
Sheet music for works being performed for the first time or works not included in catalogues shall be supplied electronically in accordance with the competition rules.
Article 8. Assessment criteria
The Jury shall assess artistic achievement in relation to the participant’s category and the requirements of the discipline, considering:

technical command of the instrument or voice, accuracy and coordination;

rhythm, pulse and tempo control;
-
tone quality, intonation, articulation and balance, where applicable;
-
phrasing, dynamics, stylistic understanding and musical structure;
-
expression, individuality and coherence of interpretation;
-
ensemble interaction or accompaniment skills, where applicable.
Vocal assessment shall also consider vocal production, diction and the relationship between text and music. Conducting assessment shall consider gesture, clarity, musical leadership and the ensemble response audible and visible in the recording.
In Student–Teacher categories, only the student’s performance shall be scored. In Accompanist–Pianist categories, the competing accompanist shall be assessed for their own performance and collaborative musicianship.
The difficulty of the repertoire alone shall not determine the result. No fixed percentage weights are assigned to these criteria; each member awards one overall score for the complete program.
Article 9. Recording quality and duration
The Jury shall assess the performance that can be reliably heard and seen. Ordinary differences in equipment, recording venue or camera format shall not attract an independent penalty. If a recording cannot be assessed reliably, the member shall report the problem before submitting a score.
The maximum duration is the limit published for the relevant category. An overrun of up to one minute is permitted. An overrun exceeding one minute shall be referred to the President and Organizer for a documented decision under the applicable rules before results are finalized.
Individual Jury members shall not introduce their own automatic time deductions or unilateral disqualification rules.
Article 10. Scoring scales
The applicable published section determines the scoring scale:

For categories without one of these section labels, the Organizer shall publish the applicable scale before assessment. Jury members shall not infer a scale solely from a participant’s age or choose different scales for the same category.
Scores may be entered to two decimal places. A participant receives one final result for the complete program, rather than a separate award for each composition.
Article 11. Score verification and calculation
All valid Jury assessments carry equal weight. No valid highest or lowest assessment shall be discarded.
For consistent calculation across the three scales, each individual score shall first be expressed on a 100-point reference scale: multiply a 50-point-scale score by two and a 25-point-scale score by four. Scores already on the 100-point scale remain unchanged.
The reference scores shall be sorted from lowest to highest. Using the original sorted values, the following corrections shall be made once and simultaneously:

if the lowest score is more than four reference points below the next-lowest score, raise it to four points below that score;
-
if the highest score is more than four reference points above the next-highest score, reduce it to four points above that score.
No repeated or cascading correction is permitted. Other scores remain unchanged. The four-point reference limit corresponds to two points on the 50-point scale and one point on the 25-point scale.
The corrected reference scores shall be added and divided by the number of valid assessments. This average shall then be converted back to the category’s published scale.
Intermediate calculations shall retain full precision. The final score shall be truncated to two decimal places, without rounding upward. Award thresholds shall be applied to that final score. For example, 89.999 becomes 89.99 and does not qualify for First Prize; the equivalent applies at 45.00 and 22.50 on the other scales.
Original scores, corrections and calculation records shall be preserved separately. Corrections are administrative calculations and do not erase the original assessments.
Article 12. Awards and performance levels
The number of awards is not limited. Awards depend on the final score, rather than a fixed quota or the number of participants in a category.

Article 13. Annual distinctions and ties
The title Online Music Champion of the World shall be awarded to a First Prize laureate with the best annual placement in the relevant discipline, determined in accordance with the published annual selection procedure.
Where soloists in the same category remain tied under that procedure, preference shall be given to the younger participant, using verified dates of birth. A remaining tie shall be decided by the Jury.
Ties involving duos, ensembles, orchestras or choirs, and ties between participants in different categories for a discipline-wide distinction, shall be decided by the Jury after review of the relevant performances and original assessment records. The decision and its reasons shall be recorded.
Scores expressed on different maximum scales shall not be compared as raw numbers. Any numerical comparison between scales shall use a common 100-point reference scale and the same calculation procedure for all eligible participants.
Article 14. Masters Final
The First Prize laureate who has received the highest final Jury score in their discipline across the three editions of the competition—Spring, Summer and Winter—shall qualify for the Masters Final. Selection shall be based on the best result achieved in a single performance; scores from different editions shall not be added together. Participation in all three editions is not required.
Additional participants may be admitted on the recommendation of the Jury and with the Organizer’s agreement.
The Jury shall select the Absolute Winner of the Masters Final, who shall be recognized as the overall winner of the competition for that year. The results shall be announced on December 25 of that year.
Article 15. Prize fund and special prizes
The published total prize fund of USD 5,000 is shared by WORLD OPEN, EUROPE OPEN and AMERICAN OPEN MUSIC COMPETITION: two-thirds of the fund is allocated to selected absolute winners and one-third to selected teachers for outstanding pedagogical achievement.
State, commercial and public organizations, enterprises, sponsors and individuals may establish special prizes and awards with the Organizer’s agreement.

Article 16. Records and publication
Individual score sheets shall identify the competition year and edition, discipline, category, participant, Jury member, scoring scale and submitted score.
The consolidated record shall additionally show the valid assessments, any exclusions or replacements, any calculated corrections, the final average, award and applicable performance level. It shall identify the assessment panel and publication date.
Published results shall make the participant’s final score, scale, category and award clear. Original and corrected scores must be distinguishable wherever both are displayed. Identity documents and other private application materials shall not be published.
The Secretary shall submit the approved results, assessment records and minutes of relevant decisions to the Organizing Committee. Official result lists and minutes shall be retained permanently; supporting personal documents shall be handled under the Organizer’s applicable retention arrangements.
Article 17. Finality and correction of errors
The Jury’s artistic judgments are final and are not subject to reassessment solely because a participant, teacher or another person disagrees with the result.
This does not prevent correction of a verified transcription, calculation, category or procedural error. Such reports shall be submitted to the Organizer through the official contact channel and reviewed by the President and Organizing Committee.
Any correction affecting a published result shall be documented, published and communicated to the affected participant. This procedure shall not be used to negotiate an artistic score.
Article 18. Adoption and interpretation
By submitting an application, participants automatically accept the published applicable rules governing the work of the Jury.
In the event of a discrepancy between language versions, the English text shall prevail.
